Assistance Check Sign in Guide – How to Login to Assistance Check
To log in to the Assistance Connect client service Account, kindly use the guides below:
- Visit the official login page of Assistance Check at https://www.assistancecheck.com
- Enter your Username and Password at the Login box at the lefthand side of the homepage
- Tick the remember me box if you want to save your login details for the next time you log in.
- Finally, click on the Blue “SIGN IN” button to proceed to your account.

Assistance Check Account Login Issues
There are basically three kinds of issues you may have with accessing your account. These issues are as follows:
Forgotten Username and Password – Assistance check sign in
If you have forgotten either your username or password, you have may have issues login into your account. However, let us briefly guide you on how to solve this issue.
- Go to the Login Page and click on the Forgot Username and Password Link
- You will be redirected to another page that provides four self-service options for retrieving your account information as shown below.
- Kindly select the option that best describes your issue from the above four categories.
- Once you click on the issues you are having, you will be redirected to another page for you to provide additional information which will help you recover your account.
Expired Password

As a security measure, Assistance Check will periodically make your password expire. This is to protect your account.
When this happens, you will simply have to create a new password. To create a new password when this happens, kindly follow the guides below:
- Upon login to your account, you will receive a message informing you that your password has expired
- The message will also inform you that an email has been sent to your registered email address.
- Kindly check your email address for email which shall contain a link for you to create a new password.
- Click on the link and proceed to reset your account password. However, note that the new password must have at least eight characters and include at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one numerical value to be accepted.
Can’t Access your Email Address
If you have lost access to your email address and you are wondering if you can change your email address, kindly follow the guide below
- Go to the Login Page and click on the Forgot Username and Password Link
- On the redirected page, click on My Email Address Could Be Incorrect
- You will be redirected to another page where you will choose the kind of account you have as shown below:
- Select your Account type and proceed
- On the next page, you will need to provide the following information for the system to verify your identity:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number and
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- If the information you provided matches the previous one you had earlier entered, you will now be able to change and update your email address.
