The Felix scholarship was the dream of a generous individual who wished to remain anonymous and is referred to as the “founder” The Felix Scholarship was founded in 1990 to offer gifted underprivileged students from India and certain other developing countries the opportunity to further their postgraduate education by attending a university in the UK.
